Costs

Our minimum charge is $200 plus applicable taxes

This includes the travel up to 40 miles one way and up to one hr of labor.

After 40 miles add $1.25 per mile one way, plus taxes for your area.

Our hourly labor rate is $100 / Hr. with a one hour minimum included in the $200 minimum charge.

After 1 hr the rate of $100/ hr plus tax is added to the costs.

Parts and materials are extra.

On some parts we use flat pricing for the job.

On full installs or unit replacments, we'll quote the job in advance.

All full installs and major repairs are priced for cash payment.

If you intend to use a credit card, please let us know before the quote as your credit card company charges us 3% to 4% to run it and we want to give you our best pricing we can for the job.

Financing

We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card.

Minimum Charge

Our minimum charge for getting there and back is $200 plus tax.

This includes the SC/Travel expense up to 40 miles and up to 1 hour labor.

If Refrigerant (Freon) is needed and put in, there is a 1lb minimum charge.

Flat Pricing

Some of our jobs and part replacments we use flat pricing.

This is a one price for the job within the time and expense criteria.

Other

On condenser changeouts, a refrigerant disposal fee may be charged as well if there's refrigerant to be disposed of.

       The salvaged unit disposal with refrigerant in it is free.

Extra travel fees over 40 miles one way may or may not be waved.

Refrigerant (Freon) Costs

The government has abolished the manufacturing of R22.

We will continue selling what we have in stock till there is no more to sell.

R22 condensers can still be used after all R22 is sold by changing over the existing machine to 407C when and if refrigerant is needed.

Alternative refrigerants are available at a fraction of the price if needed. We try to stay competitive and below our competitors price.

Other tech companies charge the serivce call fee and then after figuring out the problem tell you what the extra labor and fees will be.

Our price structure has the labor priced in and included up to 1 hour for the repair needed.
